  1. Why is Zimman passing the buck! He is the RASD director of records. So can't he handle this better than a lawyer, especially when it is his job! Why pay another person to do his job! The teachers also do have a 50/60 page job description. Why can't he have one, beside a very small paragrah. Why aren't you guys asking him tough questions? Zimman is side-stepping his job and responsibilies to all of the community!

  2. Thank you for your comments and questions. I do ask for next time, though, that you post a name (or account) with your posting.

It's not a censoring thing, but given the nature of the blog, public file requirements, and guidelines I'm required to follow in order to keep this blog, I do need a name to print a comment (I made an exception this time, though).

Thank you for reading though :)

  3. My apologies for possible confusion with the last comment. An account means one with your name (not one with a screen name or made up one).

    Just wanted to clarify :)

  4. Dr. Zimman's comments regarding the information I have requested are not entirely accurate. I have been forced to seek answers to my questions through formal manners as the information I have been requesting has not been provided. This included copies of the Lease agreements for the artificial turf and contracts between RASD and the College to name a few. These documents should have been readily available and should ahve been provided without any delay.

Further, to clarify Dr. Zimman's comments regarding the contract for the superintendent, I provided contracts to the board members for Princeton, Oshkosh and Fond du Lac which included DETAILED job descriptions for these positions. Our current administrator contract is a one-page document that says what the administrator makes and what their benefits are, NOTHING MORE.

The formal requests I have made for documents include a total of 3 requests not hundreds and I have received a total of 31 pages of documents from my requests. The district has yet to let me review any documents BEFORE they make any copies. WHY?

I encourage anyone with questions regarding these issues to contact me directly. My phone number is readily accessible.

    Thank you!
    Diane Cole
